Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are a full service floor coverings company that specializes in tile, carpet, hardwood, and refinishing services. Our territory is an affluent area in South Charlotte, with high end homes.

The design should have the following

Need to design a 1/4 Page ad (3.66"w x 5"h), needs to be finalized in a "print-ready pdf" with all text outlined.

The design should be something including a flooring photo in an upscale household, logo, as well as my website (www.SouthCharlotteFloors.com), name "Joe Nemec", phone number 980-245-0170. Also mention we do "no-cost in home consultations".

I have uploaded an updated logo file, hopefully that will help with the issues. I have an .eps file as well, but I am unable to upload.
