Describe your company and organization and target audience
We are a local, family owned home warranty company based in Dayton, OH. Target audience is Realtors (to sell our home warranty to home sellers and buyers)

Please use attached for inspiration. Looking for an updated brochure, colorful, eye catching, informative (but not overwhelming), simplistic. Must be in svg format. Needs to have application form on back page as well as pricing. And the Service Agreement needs to be included (with "sample" watermark on each of the service agreement pages.
