No PM sent. My concern is if the CH did not choose design immediately some other designers will do same layout with the picture first and the wordings next. This is not a logo design but a banner ad design. If i do also follow his font it will be clearly a violation. But if you look at the submission of designs you will see another designer does the picture first before the wording. This is my last explanation with regards to this matter. Hope this make sense. Thank you!

Is placement of image from a banner contest will be big issue here? Our font is different and the image i used is different! The CH upload his image and the word to be in the banner! Do you think you are the only one will came up this idea to place the image at the left? Oh common!! Hope this make sense! Pls my fellow designers leave your thoughts on this. Thanks!

Have you read the Contest Brief??? "Need a small banner for the upper left portion of my website. Please stick to the color scheme of the site and include my image in some capacity, as well at the words "The Nick Barr Fitness Community" Here is what the CH asked.

This is not joke my friend, he never asked to play with the navigation bar and since i posted the design before you, i have all the right to report it. I would request the designers to please just not chose to "Leave it", only because the contest is over. I am not getting the prize money anyways, but i am here only for justice.
