Describe your company and organization and target audience

This is a road trip/speaking tour (momentumtour.com) that will engage hardwood floor contractors. The ad is being placed on hardwoodfloorsmag.com Currently I am running an ad, but would like one with more "pop" to it. Manufacturer logos need to be present, but can be over the background and do not need to be on white backgrounds. I will load these files.

The design should have the following

I want something that really stands out againts the rest of the site(hardwoodfloorsmag.com) , which is primarily green and white. Width requirements are 160 pixels and height are 600 pixels. Overall file size not to exceed 30K.
