The rest of my description was cut off...We would like to have banner ads that we can use for Google AdWords -- the size we'd like for this contest is 300x250 and/or 728x90. We'd like to have it have an American theme since it's for veterans, and feature the language "Attention Veterans: Do You Qualify for this Hidden Benefit?" It should also have the "FREE Report" language somewhere as well.

Hello, would you like to have animated banner(motion effect) or do you prefer static picture? Could you post any URL address to put it into banner for direct connection to your website?

I am fine with animated images or static ones...just be aware that the final file size must be less than 50 KB to be approved for use in Google AdWords. We'd prefer not to use the URL in the ad, because Google will already add that automatically to the image that we end up using.

Thank you for mentioning max. file size 50KB. Can you accept GIF file format?

Yes...GIF file format is just fine.

I'm a seasoned copywriter. You may want to broaden your audience by speaking to existing or potential caretakers of veterans. In that case, "Calling All Veterans" is a limiting headline. Thanks, this was fun.
