Design Brief completed by the contest holder: |
What is the full name as you want it on your logo?
| |
SpokeMap |
Do you want any slogans or taglines on your logo? |
| |
none |
What service or product do you provide? |
| |
SpokeMap is a project tracking website (in development) that enables the user to create "workspace" pages that can then be populated with related information, docs or link to docs in cloud storage, contacts from various contact software, etc |
What is your target audience? |
| |
Project managers, consultants with many projects/customers, people wanting to track history of projects (or, for example, home based selling club meetings) and who is involved in those projects and other pertinent data to each project. |
What style would you like your logo to be? Would you like unique text, an icon with the name included in it, an icon with the name next to it, an illustration, or a different style? |
| |
Lots of designer discretion. I prefer the name to appear, icon is ok to be integrated. |
Do you want any specific ideas implemented into your logos? |
| |
Surely the concept of hub & spoke come to mind, hence the name of the company, but feel free to branch out from that into something else. What most easily comes to mind is using the "o" in Spoke to contain spokes, but I'm hopeful for more creative. |
What should come to a customers mind when they see your logo? |
| |
More prof'l than fun & friendly. I envision most users initially being business/prof'l oriented. |
Is there anything you would not like to see in your logo? |
| |
n/a |
How will the logo be used? |
| |
Logo will go on the website initially. |
Do you have any files or images pertaining to your contest that you want the designers to view? |
| |
No |
What format do you want your logo to be designed in (ai, psd, corel etc..) |
| |
Just website, so bitmap should be ok. It will also be a mobile app, so if the logo has the ability to be oriented into a phone icon that is helpful but not required.I don't want to sacrifice the quality of the logo for the website for an app icon. |
