High quality cured meats, smoked and un-smoked, =wide range of sausages and traditional salami, hams. etc. Charcuterie produced exclusively with free range meat, hand crafted in traditional ways with no fillers, preservatives or chemicals

Target audience:

Foodies, middle to upper class, educated about food and interested in high quality - not mass produced. Home chefs, food and wine enthusiasts, into free range products produced by farmers (check out the slow food movement at www.slowfood.com)

What should come to a customers mind when they see the logo:

Real food made by real people - not in a factory but on the farm's own butchery. Should convey honest food, not pretentious. Our company is modern and fun, but our products are made by hand and we care about food and food traditions

What should not be in the design:

No sausages or pork chop depictions, and not too cartoonish - not porky pig :-)

How will the logo be the used:

Product labels: are limited in space so the logo needs to be clear at 1" SQ or 2.4 CM2. Also used as a seal (sticker), on website as logo and business cards, signage.

The design should have the following:

An illustration, with the name somehow incorporated - label space is limited so a 1:1 aspect ratio or close to it is preferred. Illustration should be playful but not cartoon-like
