Describe your company and organization and target audience
This company is shell, or holding company, that the owner will be able to use to do anything, such as start a new product or service, or use it to invest in other start ups and companies. I am creating the company, the logo, registering the name with both the state and the feds, creating a bank account, providing $5k of seed capital, and getting business cards, web domain, etc., all as a "starter kit" for my 23 year old son who is in college, and who just got accepted to a very high ranking entrepreneurship business college program. This is a gift, for him to figure out how to use and what to do as an entrepreneur. The rest is up to him. 90 Percent is a saying of his, and has been for years. It refers to many things for him, his percentage of funny statements, his attitude, what's enough, life in general, etc.
