We are real estate investors who buy distressed houses. We have cash and can make a fair offer and close in 14 days. Need 5 slogans for bench advertisements meant to get people's attention.

What do you need written

Our current "We Buy Houses" bench ads are no longer getting much attention. We want 5 one line bench ad slogans to get distressed house sellers attention. Benefits of selling your house to us: -quick close -fair offer -direct buyer -no wait Marketing 1 line slogans should be edgy and trigger emotion. They should also be as short as possible. I plan to have a customized cartoon character created to go each of the specialized message. On example I have is, "Don't crawl across broken glass to sell your house" "Sell to a direct cash buyer today!" A few of them should also be for people in foreclosure possibly using the following terms. -Avoid Foreclosure - Stop Foreclosure - Get Help Today A suggestion of the type of cartoon character you seen created with your message is also requested with each message.
