Describe your company and organization and target audience

Clothing company that sells medium to high-end clothing that donates to and works with charities around the world. Target audience is male/female aged teens to high-30s.

The design should have the following

A few ideas would be:
1 - make the logo have the "1" in "un1ty" stand out.
2 - A clean-looking earth or heart next to or behind the word "un1ty". The earth or heart should be current, upscale and chic.
3 - The slogan should be underneath the word "un1ty" and the earth/heart.

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
