This will be for an off-color humor website that parodies the news, similar to TheOnion.com.

The design should have the following

Was thinking of a Janus head with one serious and one laughing.

I'd like the following:

1) eps version that's scalable, 2) big banner graphic with logo and title, 3) translucent footer overlay, 4) browser icon .ico, 5) standalone graphic without title (if title not incorporated into picture)

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
