We are builders who will be building a 9 Unit Residential apartment building called The Peninsula. It is directly opposite a beautiful ocean and the area is known for it's sea-side living, ocean breezes, relaxed lifestyle, elegant surroundings with the surf, sun and sea visible from most places. The potential buyers for these units are people who want a sea change and range from 50-70yrs old.
