This is a one of a kind brand that can wear many faces. A masterful apothecary that creates the area’s finest beverages. BE educates, invents, and collaborates. This facility is a one stop shop for everyone from the novice beer drinker to the experienced brewer. Tradition and the Future intertwine under one roof.
OUR BUSINESS FOCUSES ON 4 COMPONENTS:
Contract/Partnership Brewing – We brew beers for startup & already established Breweries. Anyone who wants to brew a 15 BBL+ batch of beer can contract us to brew it.
Providing Contract Partnership Business Solutions – BE has established a network of professionals to help clients with market entry & growth.
Tasting Parlour – the Emporium Tasting Parlour will feature beer selections from our contract partners and our house made small batch beers & one-off's. This Parlour serves as a comfortable, community hearth/public house type space.
House Beers - The Brewer's Emporium will have a collection of house made, small batch beers that will be sold in-house for pint & growler sales only.
LOCATION:
BE is torn between two locations, both of which are in the Fox Valley, Illinois area located directly off of the Fox River. The number one location is Batavia, IL (City of Wind Energy – a few types of Windmills were made in Batavia). The second is St. Charles, IL (River City with an entertainment/nightlife presence).
Why the Fox Valley? This is the river valley in which these towns reside. These cities are chalk full of history & have a huge outdoor adventure appeal. People boat and Kayak on the Fox River, there are Bike Paths all over the riverside and throughout the entire County – there is something of everyone in the Fox Valley.
Little Known Fact: Architect, Frank Lloyd Wright has Architecture in the Fox Valley.
