Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are a progressive, online law firm which provides fixed-fee legal services. We provide services for mum and dads, and small businesses. We help our clients with Wills, Powers of Attorney, Conveyancing, SMSFs, and Contracts.

We are not like the old-school law firms who only care about money and power. We speak in plain english and don't wear ties.

The design should have the following

I would like green and black to be the dominant colours.

I would like the logo to be soft and easy on the eye.

I like the idea of having some sort of leaf or plant to show the "sprout". No roots or vines.

Some of the logos which I like are www.freshbooks.com, www.wrike.com, www.evernote.com, and www.sproutsocial.com

If we could convey that we are "Fresh" and we nurture/care for our client's needs, that would be good too.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

No red, yellow or orange. No roots or vines. We do not want anything that is intimidating, or that could be associated with traditional law practice.

Also, we only want black coloured text to be used.
