Project name: Project Cornerstone

Project vision: To have a company-wide system used by all business units that increases our ability to understand, manage and act upon key operational data to more effectively run the business, increase efficiency and productivity, and allow us to scale.

Project description: We are replacing an old ERP system that is over 20 years old with a brand new ERP that will set the foundation to support the addition of future functionality that will drive significant value to our company, our clients, their tenants and residents. The system will impact all aspects of our business including asset management, property management, leasing, finance, portfolio management, investment, property development, building excellence, sustainability, environmental, risk and compliance, and corporate services.
