The design should have the following

Bailando is spanish for dancing. Possibly something with moving hair. Nothing too gimmecky

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
