i think just leave it up a lot of designer use a swoosh people and here is a standard concpet of swoosh

Hey, look, it's a bunch of swoosh people tickling a baby "B" - how original (not). Anyway, "luckydesign" you are right that it is an over-used concept. But the guy didn't directly copy any of the images at the site you are referring us to. The "dancing swoosh people" is a totally generic, used-many-millions-of-times-before concept, so much so that there is no point in bringing it to Design Court. You might just as well report anyone using a globe anywhere in their logo to Design Court. Or anyone using Helvetica Neue as a typeface. Or anyone using a "swoosh person" of any kind. Those are all 100% generic, boring, done-millions-of-times elements. But what would be the point? The majority of the entries to the contest for Connection Pointe actually are those "swoosh people" logos that appear on the link that you referenced. So should we take almost ALL of the entries down? No, that would be crazy. At least this designer added a TINY bit of originality by introducing a twist into his/her swoosh people. Look, they are made of a check-mark that then twists around into a hook-arm wrapping around and tickling the "B." Still boring, but at least a TINY bit different than the stock "swoosh people dancing circle." So, in my opinion we should leave it up, unless you can find a piece of art that the designer actually directly copied or traced.
