Server down time
Hi all,
As many of you have no doubt noticed, we had some trouble with the server over the weekend, and the site was down for several chunks of time. Today we had to pull it off line to fix a few problems, and it ended up being unavailable for four hours this afternoon.
The good news is that I think we fixed the problems, and it shouldn’t be happening again any time soon.
I apologize sincerely to anyone that this caused trouble for. If you feel that a contest you were running was effected by the outage just email us at support@hatchwise.com with the name of your contest and we’ll be happy to extend it for you to make up for the lost time.
